The Outsiders are a group defined by their willingness to stand apart from the crowd. Unafraid to challenge the norm, they embrace individuality, resilience, and grit. Whether in competition , training or in life, the outsiders push boundaries, defy expectations. And grow stronger through adversity. They don’t follow, they LEAD with purpose and take pride in being different.

Novice Wrestling Class
(Grades K–3 / First–Third Year Wrestlers)
This class is designed for beginner wrestlers in kindergarten through third grade, typically in their first through third year of the sport. Athletes will focus on learning the fundamentals of wrestling, including basic techniques, body control, balance, and mat awareness. Practices will emphasize skill development, discipline, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.
Wrestlers will remain in the Novice class until coaches determine they are ready to safely and confidently transition to the Elementary class. Advancement is based on individual progress, not age or grade.
Elementary Wrestling Class
(Grades 2–6 / 3+ Years Experience)
This class is intended for wrestlers in grades 2 through 6 who have more than three years of wrestling experience. Athletes in this class will focus on mastering technique, refining positions, and expanding their knowledge of advanced moves and strategies. Practices will include high-paced drills, situational training, and a portion of live wrestling to apply skills in real-time.
This class is designed to prepare athletes for competitive wrestling and continued progression in the sport. Placement in the Elementary class is determined by the coaching staff based on experience, skill level, and readiness for more advanced instruction and live competition.
Middle School Wrestling Class
(Grades 6–8 / Competitive Exp. Required)
This class is for middle school athletes in grades 6 through 8 who have prior competitive wrestling experience and are ready for a more advanced training environment. Wrestlers will focus on sharpening technique, developing match strategy, improving mental toughness, and conditioning for peak performance. Each practice will include high-intensity drilling, live wrestling, and situational scenarios to simulate competition.
The goal of this class is to prepare athletes for middle school and junior varsity competition, and to build a strong foundation for success at the high school level.
High School Wrestling Class
(Grades 9–12 / Competitive Athletes)
Designed for experienced and committed high school wrestlers, this class emphasizes elite-level technique, advanced positioning, match preparation, and physical and mental conditioning. Practices will include intensive drilling, live wrestling, and individualized feedback to help athletes refine their skills and compete at the varsity and tournament level.
Athletes in this class should be prepared to train at a high pace and bring a focused, competitive mindset. The curriculum supports wrestlers aiming for postseason success and long-term development in the sport.
